Returns & Exchanges

At xTool Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your laser engraving equipment and accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated European support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the specific reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address of our nearest regional service center.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, clearly labeling the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware for functionality and completeness, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
