For orders shipped from our EU-based warehouses to EU member states, no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. VAT is calculated based on the shipping destination at checkout.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. If the machine has been used, a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the return.
